Our affiliated designer, Alexandra Miller of Miller Design and Drafting, will take any inspiration you have to draft plans for your new home. You can also provide your own blueprints if you prefer.

3Pricing and Financing

Once we have a working design, we can price out the project and connect you with a trusted local lender if necessary.

4Construction

With financing in place, we can get to work. Our process includes careful site preparation for your foundation before actually building. This is critical in Arizona where the soil requires extra attention to ensure a stable, lasting foundation.

5Completion

We do a final walkthrough together, and your home is backed by our 2-year warranty.

We start with a free consultation and show some examples of homes we've built if you haven't had a chance to see any before our meeting. If you want to proceed, we move into the design phase with our dedicated designer, price out the project based on your plans, and help connect you with financing if needed. Once financing is in place, construction begins. We stay involved through every phase and do a final walkthrough with you when the project is complete.

We are happy to refer you to Dawn Sdoboda at Guild Mortgage, who has years of experience working with clients on construction loans. Many of our clients finance their builds this way, and we're happy to help make that introduction.

Yes. We work closely with Alexandra Miller of Miller Design and Drafting, who handles the design and drafting for many of our builds. She'll take your inspiration and ideas and turn them into a set of plans we can build from. Her services are separate from the construction contract, but the coordination between our teams makes the process seamless.

Yes, some of our clients do come to us with plans already in hand. If you have blueprints from another designer or architect, we're glad to review them and build from them.

Our custom home builds typically run between $150 and $200 per square foot, depending on the size, design, and finishes involved. We'll give you a detailed estimate once we have a working set of plans, so you know exactly what to expect before committing to anything.

Most custom home builds take between 6 and 12 months from the start of construction. The timeline can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project, permitting, and site conditions. We'll give you a more specific estimate during the design and pricing phase.
